  15. "NEWTEK FLYER PROBLEMS" was an interesting thread.

  17. Someone posted a followup asking why Flyer users were posting to a 3D 
  18. graphics package newsgroup.

  20. Someone else provided information to a toaster mailing list, then wished 
  21. the "lily-livered scum-sucking" thread a swift death.

  23. I own a Flyer.

  25. Because I travel frequently, I don't login every day, in fact, I'm lucky 
  26. to login once a week.

  28. I don't need a subscription to a mailing list clogging my INBOX while I'm 
  29. away.  I don't have time to wade through irrelevant messages to get to 
  30. the news I can use.

  32. I haven't been able, recently, to get through to the NewTek BBS (I think 
  33. the sysop has been dragged away to collate Flyer manuals...)

  35. I don't have a password to the NewTek FTP site, and there's not much 
  36. (last time I checked) at the NewTek anonymous FTP site.  And neither I 
  37. nor anybody else can post messages there to pass queries or advice.

  39. Tonight, I found, oh, six or seven threads devoted to the Flyer.  I 
  40. didn't see the exact number of threads in the group, but it was close to 
  41. or over 100 (or more.)

  43. YES, the Flyer threads are increasing the noise level of this group, 
  44. hogging the bandwidth, making it harder for YOU, the Serious Lightwave 
  45. Animator to get to the information you need to Pull Down Those Big Bucks.

  52.    comp.graphics.packages.lightwave, or don't belong here because 
  53.    modeling and rendering is different from shooting and editing:

  55.     hints, tricks and tips to?
